Perhaps it was never meant to be easy. The sorcerer came back from the frozen memory zone. He has always avoided going there, because whatever people froze there were never something pleasant. In most cases, people choose to froze their most painful memories, such as losing loved ones or broken heart. People have gone wild using Froze spell since the ministry of Memory passed the law. Therefore, in the latest amendments, the ministry set a limit to 5 memories a person can froze within a lifetime, including 2 severe ones that you can froze forever, and 3 temporary frozen memories.

It also reminds me a bit of one of my own pieces ("Mental Castles").
That's a cool idea! If they're gonna limit the number of memories someone can freeze they'd probably limit the age groups too!
