我參加會議不只是練英文或是交朋友 而是真的想一窺究竟

失望 雖然寫立場書以前早已料到 實際上去寫決議文 變成絕望

如果不寫冠冕堂皇的既成性的東西根本不會通過半數 但我就是愛革新突破搞創造改變現況

不過和Tony, 雅平 合作太好笑

無俚頭雅平很適合學阿拉伯文或貓語 Tony大哥一晚有五個會議 根本就是事業版圖太大

豐腴樓帶筆電的好多組都再討論模聯 認識超多人說 棒透了

今天又多了好幾個爆點 尤其是我設的BMI不是身體質量指數Body Mass Index不是IBM

而是Bio-tech Medical Institution 哈哈哈

毒品防制已經走投無路

除了教育政策法規blablabla

除了替代作物Alternative Crop Development

我比較希望聯合國發展一個Research計畫

邀請各國科學家 生物學家 醫學家

用生物科技 消極面抵制新的毒品 積極面就是研發替代藥物Alternative Drugs

還有針對跨國恐怖組織的Anti Money Laundering反洗錢方案

法規與科技監測的結合 抵制毒品衍申的洗錢犯罪

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

I. Promotion of Gender Equality

The United States is deeply committed to addressing issues that are important toAmerican women and women throughout the world. Promoting women's political andeconomic participation is an important element of U.S. foreign policy and a key componentof transformational diplomacy. The United States is in the forefront of advancing women'scauses around the world, helping them become full participants in their societies throughvarious initiatives and programs that help increase women's political participation andeconomic opportunities and support women and girls' access to education and health care.The Office of the Senior Coordinator for International Women's Issues serves as theDepartment's coordinating body for all foreign policy issues related to the political, economic,and social advancement of women in democracy worldwide. Recognizing that the full andequal participation of women in the political, economic, and social spheres of society is a keyingredient for democratic development, the mandate of this Office is to mobilize concretesupport for greater women's empowerment, promote greater awareness of gender-basedviolence and discrimination, and to ensure that women's human rights are considered alongwith, not segregated from, other human rights in the development of U.S. foreign policy.

II. International Cooperation Against Drug Abuse

The United States believes that solving the drug abuse problem requires internationalcooperation, because it is related to many global issues such as poverty, public health,terrorism, etc. Our strategic goals in domestic policies are to reduce the entry of illegal drugsinto the United States; and to minimize the impact of international crime on the United Statesand its citizens.On the other hand, U.S. international narcotics policy requires cooperative efforts bymany nations which may have domestic and foreign policy goals that compete with therequirements of drug control. The United States is very willing to provide assistance for othercountries to eradicate drug abuse problems. For instance, U.S.-supplied helicopters andintelligence could be used to support military operations against guerrillas financed by drugsas well as against drug traffickers themselves. “Plan Colombia,” a $1.3 billion militaryassistance-focused initiative to provide emergency supplemental narcotics assistance toColombia, was signed into law July 13, 2000.
